Terms and Conditions
Check in/out:
Check in anytime after 3pm.
Check out time is 10am.
That means you have to be out of your room, no use of showers and the kitchen after 10am. We may charge a late check out fee of $20.
Latest check in is 8pm or for late check ins after this time, by arrangement.
Reception hours:
Summer: 8:30am to 8:30pm
Winter: 8:30am to 8pm
Prices:
All our prices listed are cash prices and do not apply to third party bookings. You may choose to pay by credit card which is subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
Children:
Generally children (under the age of 7) are not allowed due to our facilities not being child friendly, ie external and internal stairs, and open kitchen, but on a case by case scenario we will occasionally allow families with younger children to stay.
Pets:
Because some of our guests have allergies, we are unable to have pets staying onsite.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a 2 days cancellation policy. If you haven’t advised us with regards to any changes or cancellation before that time, we will charge the full amount!
Group Bookings (for parties of 10 or more)
Cancellation policy for Group bookings:
To secure a booking we take a 50% non-refundable deposit payable one month prior to arrival and/or require your credit card details. The balance is payable on arrival and you need to confirm final number one week prior. If you haven’t advised us of any changes in number of people or date of arrival, we will charge the full amount as agreed on the confirmed booking.
